Located in Central Minnesota's "cabin country" RCS Machine and Tool is your one stop, plastic injection mold builder. With 15+ years of building custom injection molds, we realize than no two customers are alike. That's why every project we work on is given the highest level of attention to detail and professionalism. It’s why we've developed a well-known reputation as a "go-to" machine shop in the Brainerd Lakes area.

Premium quality at affordable prices
Plastic Injection Molds
No two parts are alike and the same is true about our injection tools. Your tooling is custom built from start to finish with no pre-canned programs. Everything is designed and programmed around your part because, after all, it is "your" part.
Prototype Parts
One off parts are not something every shop can, or wants to, deal with due to the time required to get set-up and dialed in for a one-time project.
We take the time to get your parts correct so you can test for fit and function and easily move on to production.
Production Runs
Once your part is ready for production, we are ready to get you the quantities you need in a timely fashion. We aren't the largest shop out there but that doesn't mean we can't handle quantity. Give us your time frame and we'll come up with a plan to get you there.
